Option 1: Configure the School's Existing Email Domain
If the school already has its own domain (e.g., @schoolname.com), the domain's email settings must be configured in Njere.
The school should provide the required email configuration details (such as the SMTP settings) from their domain. Once these settings are entered into Njere, the bulk email feature will be activated, allowing the school to send emails through the system.
Option 2: Smatech Email Hosting
If the school does not have a domain, or if they have a domain but do not have the required email settings, Smatech can assist by providing email hosting services through a local service provider.
This service enables the school to use bulk email functionality in Njere. Please note that this option is subject to an additional hosting fee.
