Yes. You can update lease status to Pending, Approved, Active, Rejected, or Cancelled from the lease details page. Status meanings:
- Pending - Lease created but not yet reviewed
- Approved - Lease is approved and ready to activate
- Active - Lease is currently in effect
- Rejected - Lease was declined and not activated
- Cancelled - Active lease was terminated
Status changes update the lease record immediately and affect what the tenant can see in their portal.
