How do payment reminders work?

Payment reminders are automated notices for rent or other charges due from tenants.
When you create a payment reminder, you specify the amount, due date, and items included (rent, utilities, fees, etc.).
The tenant receives a reminder notification days(you select how many days) before the due date.
Payment status automatically tracks as "Not Paid" until the tenant makes payment.
Once a payment is recorded, the status updates to "Paid" and the balance updates automatically.
This helps you track collection rates and identify overdue payments at a glance.
