1. Open the payment reminder and click Add Payment.
2. Enter payment details:
- Payment Date (when the payment was received)
- Currency (typically USD)
- Payment Method (Bank Transfer, Card, Mobile Money, Cash, Cheque, etc.)
- Transfer Account (which of your bank accounts received the payment)
- Account Reference or Transaction ID (reference number for tracking)
- Amount (the payment amount received)
- Notes (optional - any notes about this payment)
3. Save the payment.
4. The balance and payment status update automatically. The payment appears in the payment history with the date and method recorded.
