How do I manage roles and permissions?

Navigate to Management → Team → Roles & Permissions.

Create a New Role:

  1. Click Add Role
  2. Enter Role Name (e.g., "Property Manager," "Leasing Agent," "Finance Officer")
  3. Click Submit

Edit Role Permissions:

  1. Locate the role you want to modify
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select or deselect permissions to control what that role can access (e.g., "Access Property Module," "Approve Leases," "View Financial Reports," etc.)
  4. Click Save Permissions

Assign a Role to an Agent:

  1. Go to Management → Team → Agents
  2. Locate the agent
  3. Click the Three-dot menu
  4. Select Assign Role
  5. Choose the role from the dropdown
  6. Confirm

Once assigned, the agent will only see dashboard sections and features allowed by their role. This helps control access and responsibilities within your team.
