Navigate to Management → Team → Roles & Permissions.
Create a New Role:
- Click Add Role
- Enter Role Name (e.g., "Property Manager," "Leasing Agent," "Finance Officer")
- Click Submit
Edit Role Permissions:
- Locate the role you want to modify
- Click Edit
- Select or deselect permissions to control what that role can access (e.g., "Access Property Module," "Approve Leases," "View Financial Reports," etc.)
- Click Save Permissions
Assign a Role to an Agent:
- Go to Management → Team → Agents
- Locate the agent
- Click the Three-dot menu
- Select Assign Role
- Choose the role from the dropdown
- Confirm
Once assigned, the agent will only see dashboard sections and features allowed by their role. This helps control access and responsibilities within your team.
