Core Mandate

Your primary responsibility is simple:
Generate qualified leads and create business opportunities for Smatech.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and direct outreach

• Introduce and position Smatech’s products and solutions

• Identify decision-makers and secure meetings for senior executives

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects

• Support follow-ups to move prospects toward closure

• Represent the company professionally in all engagements

Performance Expectations

• Daily prospecting activity

• Weekly qualified lead targets

• Consistent reporting of pipeline progress

• Contribution to revenue growth

Ideal Candidate

• Studying or recently completed Marketing, Business, or related field

• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills

• Comfortable with rejection and resilient under pressure

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Street-smart, proactive, and results-focused
