The role
We are seeking a strategic and operational Creative Director to lead our internal creative capabilities. We need a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and daily production execution. You will be the guardian of our brand voice and the operational engine that ensures our marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a world-class standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire creative workflow from brief intake to final delivery and ensure no bottlenecks slow down the sales team
- Act as the primary quality control gatekeeper for all visual and written output to ensure it aligns strictly with our Brand Guidelines
- Review and approve incoming project briefs from stakeholders to ensure clarity and feasibility before production begins
- Manage resource allocation across the production team to maximise output efficiency without compromising quality
- Collaborate with the CMO to translate core business goals into compelling creative campaigns that drive revenue
- Compile and present weekly performance reports to executive leadership detailing output efficiency and campaign progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or high-growth tech company
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand stewardship and multi-channel campaign execution
- Proven ability to manage creative teams and traffic workflows using professional Project Management software
- Excellent proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of modern production pipelines
- Ability to give direct and constructive feedback that elevates the quality of work
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on systems and operational efficiency
