The Role

We need a versatile and technical Content Producer who can take a narrative from concept to final cut. You are a storyteller who understands the technical nuances of production. In this role, you will work rapidly to produce high-quality video and audio content that explains our complex solutions and drives sales. You must be comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and on location at events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of video and photographic assets, including shooting, lighting, and audio capture
• Edit high-quality video and visual content for various platforms, including social media, web, and internal presentations
• Translate core marketing messages and hooks into visual storyboards and shooting scripts
• Perform colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration to ensure a polished final product
• Provide rigorous on-site media capture for company events and partner activations
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the narrative structure aligns with our strategic goals

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
• Advanced proficiency in Non Linear Editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop
• Ability to work rapidly under tight weekly deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Experience with motion graphics or visual effects is a strong advantage
• A keen eye for visual storytelling and narrative pacing
